Nov. 2021 1017 Ansichten by dorftv BeschreibungEmbed “Green Phantasm” ist ein Musiktheater, das nach einem Gedicht der persischen Dichterin, Forough Farrokhzad benannt wurde. Farrokhzad zählt zu den bedeu- tendsten Repräsentantinnen der iranischen Moderne. Ihr Gedicht “Green Phan- tasm” ist ein poetisches Selbstgespräch vor einem Spiegel. Ein Spiegel, der ihre Fragen, ihren Zweifel, den Stich ihres Bedauerns reflektiert und all das wegen ihres Frauseins in einer traditionellen Gesellschaft. I wept in my mirror all day Spring had entrusted my window to the trees’ green imagining and my body would not fit in the cocoon of my loneliness All day, all day long released, released like a corpse floating on water I moved towards a rock verging an abyss towards the deepest ocean caves and the most carnivorous fish The frail bones of my spine twinged, sensing death I no longer could, I couldn’t... My footsteps echoed denials of the road it tread and despair overtook my soul’s fortitude And spring that green tinted phantasm passing my window said to my heart: Look! you never soared! You sank!
