Die medial beschleunigte und manipulierte Wirklichkeit ist kein neues Phänomen des 21. Jahrhunderts.

Schon 1976 schreibt Jean Baudrillard, dass wir im Zeitalter der Simulation leben.

Heute haben mehr Menschen ein Smartphone als trinkbares Wasser. Fast alle Menschen der nördlichen Hemisphäre des Planeten haben Avatare – viele auch schon digitale Begleiter sogenannte Sprachassistenten. Und eine wachsende Zahl an Menschen vernetzen sich immer intimer mit dem kybernetischen, immer intelligenter werdenden Kommunikationsnetz, arbeiten in on-line-clustern und vertrauen ihre Daten der Cloud an.

Unsere Repräsentanten im digitalen Paralleluniversum sind die Avatare.

Gleicht sich das menschliche Individuum mit dem Avatar der „Maschine“ an? Da wo sich auch eine kybernetische“Intelligenz“ in der Kommunikation mit Menschen nicht anders als in der Form von Avataren manifestiert. Schon jetzt ist es in manchen Situationen zunehmend schwierig geworden Bots – also künstliche Charaktere und tatsächliche, biologische Menschen in der Kommunikation zu unterscheiden...

In der Diskussion über mögliche Zukunften scheint vielen nicht aufzufallen, dass wir schon mitten drin sind und als hybride Wesen diskutieren.

Reality accelerated and manipulated by the media is not a new phenomenon of the 21st century.

As early as 1976, Jean Baudrillard wrote that we live in the age of simulation.

Today, more people have a smartphone than drinkable water. Almost all people in the northern hemisphere of the planet have avatars - many also already have digital companions called voice assistants. And a growing number of people are networking ever more intimately with the cybernetic, ever more intelligent communication network, working in on-line clusters and entrusting their data to the cloud.

Our representatives in the digital parallel universe are the avatars.

Is the human individual aligning itself with the avatar of the "machine"?

As a cybernetic "intelligence" does not manifest itself in communication with humans other than in the form of avatars. In some situations it has already become increasingly difficult to distinguish between bots - i.e. artificial characters - and actual, biological humans in communication...

In the discussion about possible futures, many people don't seem to notice that we are already in the middle of it and are discussing them as hybrid beings.
