Ashram, eine Band, die die musikalischen Traditionen Indiens mit der kraftvollen Dynamik des westlichen Rocks verschmilzt, lädt zu einem besonderen Heimspiel in der Spinnerei Traun ein. Die österreichischen Mitglieder Manuel Seidl (Gesang), Boris Seidl (Gitarre), German Schwarz (Schlagzeug), Christian Cermak (Keyboard) und Adrian Müller aus Deutschland (Bass) sorgen für mitreißende Rhythmen. Ergänzt wird das Ensemble durch die indischen Künstler Aravind Nair (Gesang), Hari Krishnamoorthy (Tabla, Mridangam) und Paulson Kolady Joseph (Sitar), die mit traditionellen Klängen und Instrumenten für Authentizität sorgen. Das Ergebnis ist eine musikalische Verschmelzung, die sowohl zur Meditation als auch zum energiegeladenen Mitfeiern einlädt.

Inspiriert von legendären Rockbands der 70er Jahre wie The Doors, Led Zeppelin und Pink Floyd, kreiert Ashram einen Sound, der weltweit Begeisterung entfacht. Ihr drittes Album „Eternal Thirst“, das von Hermann Hesses Meisterwerk Siddhartha inspiriert ist, zeigt die stetige Weiterentwicklung ihres unverwechselbaren Stils.
