Wow, danke Holger. Herzlich willkommen. Buenas noches a todas y todos! Thanks for coming. I will switch to English now so that our international guests also can understand us. Okay, I tell a little bit about me. It's strange, more and more I realize that exchange between artists and bringing together people from different countries somehow is in my DNA. I don't know, it always happens to me. I go somewhere, then I come back, and suddenly I invite the people I met there. And it was the same thing here in this project. 2022, I had a residency in Mexico. It was funded by the Oberösterreichische Kultur GmbH. And there I met Paulina Porras and Angel Alado the first time. When I returned to Linz, it happened again. It was clear for me that I have to invite the two artists to come to Linz and I wanted to work with them. As always in such a situation, the first thing I did is to go to Holger and ask Holger, are you interested? And the first thing Holger did, he said to me, yes, and you have to meet Oscar Cueto. Oscar Cueto, thank you for being so open to cooperate with me and with us. The result after these two things we had to do is this exhibition you see. I want to thank everybody who made this possible. First of all, of course, Holger Jagersberger and Clemens Mayrhofer. Thank you so much for giving us everything we needed for this exhibition. Oskar, thank you for your cooperation and for this very nice working together. Thank you also to the artists Polina Porras and Angela Lado, that you came from the other side of the world and that you trusted us and that you were so open for our invitation. Thanks also to our funders, Linz Kultur, Land Oberösterreich and Bundesministerium Österreich. Thanks also to our cooperation partners, die Kunstsammlung des Landes Oberösterreich and Kunstuniversität Linz provide us two studios in Salzamt. We have another cooperation partner, MAIS. Last but not least, we have Dorf TV here. Thank you that you do the documentation for us and Violetta Wacolbinger, who does the photographic documentation of this evening. Talking about documentation, I just want to tell you that the opening will be filmed and photographed. The material will be published later, so we will use that material. So if you don't want to be in the pictures, please avoid the cameras. Okay for now I give the word to Oscar and later I will tell you about the program of this evening. Thank you everybody for coming. Thank you Elisa for inviting me to invite you because this project is about invitations and it is like migration, like a change of invitations. I invite somebody and the first condition is that this somebody has to invite more people. And that was the rule of Moome. We broke a little bit the rule because you invited me to invite you and to invite the others. new crossover between curator, artist, many things. Thanks also, Tsa, Sam, Holga, Clem. Thanks to all the artists who have been interested in the project but also participating until now. This project has invited somehow more than 100 artists to make like, to be part of a of an edition but also to confirm an audio archive of opinions about what is about every edition which is on Instagram so it's a lot of a lot of people are involved. And thanks also to the people that came specifically to see the project from Vienna. I can see some faces, Lorena Tavares, Manuela Picayo-Hill, and some people more, I'm sure, that are coming. MUME, what is MUME? MUME is a nomadic anti-museum. And the aim of this museum is to provoke new narratives. If we understand, and at least this project understands, the history and the history writing as a narrative, if we understand that, that means that history writing has a perspectiveそれが、歴史書きとしてのナララティブです。 Anti-museum tries to provoke new narratives that are not the mainstream narratives that generally are very kind with some and not so kind with others. people that work outside of the privileges, ethnical, social, political, geographical privileges. They don't need to be Mexican or Latin American or Asian. They can also be European. We have very good examples, like for example, Alping Gothic Gothic that they are three Austrian artists but they decided to work on the countryside that is also periphery here in Austria. And yeah the goal of this project is to reimagine the idea of museum of art institution and to think the art institution and the私たちは、アーティスト・インスタンションのイメージを持っています。 crossover like you. And if you have more questions about Moome, I am here. You can see there all the every project that we have done until now. I have to say that this is the more institutional Moome that I have done. And usually we do Moomes everywhere on the street, always with support. I have to say that even though when we, the minority, don't have access to the big institutions, somewhere somebody in these institutions like Emma Sieben or KA think that these projects are important and they support these projects. And they have been supported during many, many years since 2007. I do movements and yeah, I can tell you a little bit about some specific projects if sobre algunos proyectos específicos, si quieres, para cada edición, compro o recibo como donación, piezas, trato de mantener piezas para cada edición. Camila did a series of drawings that should be shot in open spaces, in stores, but also that was commissioned to be printed in a Morris column. Do you know what this is? I don't know what is the word in German. Lidfassohle. Yeah, Lidfassohle. And we had the contract and we paid already. When they saw the drawing, they cancelled the contract because they thought that it was pornography. And it was about approximations of bodies in times of COVID. We did once something for WhatsApp. I did it with a writer. And he did like a text, an alphabet that I animated and we sent the Moome per WhatsApp. And these are the letters. In this small screen that you see there. This is by a really relevant collective that sometimes is also surprising for me because they are really minority. It is a collective that is called My Link, very important in Vienna. And they thematize the racism against the Asian people. And somehow they gain a lot of reputation and they had a solo show in Secession the last year. We did, for example, we can come here, if it's possible for the camera, yes. This is, that I told you, is Alpine Gothic, and they did, we did a performance outside of Bell Museum. Bell Museum has this Moctezuma's crown, and they talk about it, because one of them comes from Tirol and this guy told me that the Tirolian think that this Crone belongs Tirol, not even Mexico because it's very similar to this like costume that are in Tirol. This is also a very good example of people that are minority and they are so relevant that the big institutions look at them at some point. This is Ausländer. They do research about what is being an immigrant but also a foreigner in this country. We did a concert for people that were applying for a visa in Austria. And at the entrance, we rented a cinema. We proposed the project to Emma von Fundreisig, but they denied the project. So we rented a cinema. And there, we did this show. They played music. We gave visas to the people who came, and we asked all of them to come as freaks. And the project was called Freak Show, Outlander Freak Show. And this was one of the pieces that were everywhere in the cinema. And it's very clear. In heaven, everything is fine. We did once a beer, a corn beer with Juan Pablo Macias. Juan Pablo Macias is very interested in anarchism and we produced this beer in the style of production that have the indigenous people in north of Mexico that is called Mano Vuelta. They produce this beverage at the end of the year to celebrate that they help each other. And this kind of philosophy is called Mano Vuelta. I give you a hand and then you give me the hand back. I give you a hand and then you give me the hand back. And he decided to call this first batch of the beer Proudhon, as the father of the anarchism. And these are some publications. He has an editorial also of important books about anarchy, books that have never seen the light. And this is a publication that accompanied the production. We did it with the class of Hans Schabus. Hans Schabus has also an imaginary institution that is called the Skulptura Institute. And this one is for example in times of COVID the artist couldn't come and and he decided to send sound. And we printed the sound in these postcards in, I think it was Prague, in the style of this production of music that were printed on X-ray plates in the communist era. The video that I told you about the victims of the narcotraffic in Mexico by Rashida, who is a photojournalist, Manuela Picayo-Hill celebrated the tree behind Luega Platz instead to speak about Luega. We celebrated the tree during three days, giving workshops about civil resistance and so on. And these are all the posters about the editions. Some pieces that you have to see also, E estas son todas as posturas sobre as edicións. E, obrigado, aproveite a noite. And thank you. Enjoy the evening. Thank you. I'm going to show you how to make a GONG Vielen Dank. Ich habe die Kamera schon fix aufgestellt. Takk for ating med. Amen. Vielen Dank. Ok.
